TCST  is a community-based violence intervention and prevention initiative designed to
eliminate the cycle of violence in Trenton, N.J.

Through participation in community beautification projects, clients are empowered to actively contribute to neighborhood enhancement, cultivating a sense of pride, camaraderie, and shared accomplishment.

Our impactful youth mentoring program pairs at-risk youth with inspirational mentors who provide invaluable guidance, support, and encouragement,
fostering resilience and positive decision-making.

Certified Lift Truck (Forklift) Training, business etiquette workshops and other initiatives furnish individuals with essential competencies for personal and professional growth.

Comprehensive career training, entrepreneurship classes, and hands-on resume building assistance, positioning clients for prosperous employment and
entrepreneurial ventures.

Our services include vital expungement assistance, breaking down legal barriers and expanding opportunities for individuals with criminal records.

Guiding clients on the path to educational attainment, we offer support in acquiring GEDs, unlocking doors to further education and expanded employment prospects.

families experiencing economic challenges.

Our Family Nurturing Program involves structured sessions where families commit to participating alongside their children and/or identified family members. Facilitated by experienced professionals, sessions provide a structured framework for families to collaboratively discuss and address real-life challenges, fostering healthier dynamics and nurturing closer bonds within the family unit.

Our Spanish-speaking program provides nurturing and guidance tailored to the Spanish-speaking community. It creates a culturally sensitive and inclusive space for growth and support, embracing diversity and strengthening community bonds.

We recognize that families facing
challenges with Child Protective Services require support and advocacy. We serve as liaisons to help prevent unnecessary child removal and ensure families receive the assistance they need to thrive, safeguarding family unity and community cohesion.
