  • Our mission is to help veterans in need, those re-entering society, at-risk youth and families find A Better Way to live. We better our communities by providing 360 degrees of support to those who need it most, stressing empowerment through education. We provide exposure to job skills, life skills, and volunteerism. Individuals who participate in our programs and master these strategies have had a positive impact on society and have become role models for their families and communities.

WHO WE ARE

  • A Better Way was created by law enforcement officers and mental health professionals who noticed that youth at-risk for incarceration, previously incarcerated individuals and their families have the least amount of job training and lowest rate of employment. Our work transitioning clients and their families into self-sufficiency while also assisting veterans saves taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars. A Better Way is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization located in Mercer County, NJ.
